Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (`SEBI LODR Regulations’), we wish to inform you that basis recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved inter-alia appointment of Mr. Pawan Nawal as Chief Financial Officer (Designate). Mr. Nawal has assumed office as “CFO – Designate” with effect from March 15, 2024.

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 we have enclosed details of Mr. Nawal in Annexure I below. None of the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and their respective relatives are concerned or interested, financially or otherwise in the above.
