Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mrs. Vandana Chamaria (DIN: 07131829) as Additional Director (Non- Executive, Independent) of the Company for the period of five years effective August 02, 2024 upto August 1, 2029, subject to the approval of the Shareholders. Mrs. Chamaria has declared that she satisfies the criteria of Independence prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR and complies with Circular No. BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and NSE Circular No. NSE/ CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018.
