Sub: Disclosure for Re-designation of the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of the Company.

As a good measure, we would like to intimate that Mr. Ameet Hariani (Non-Executive, Independent Director) ceased to be the Chairman and Mr. Sivaramakrishnan Iyer (Non-Executive, Independent Director) redesignated as the Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from August 06, 2024. However, Mr. Hariani continues to be a Member of the aforesaid Committee.

Further pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to intimate that Mr. Ameet Hariani (Non-Executive, Independent Director) is hereby duly appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from August 06, 2024.
