Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. T.K. Ravishankar Iyer to retire from the office of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company effective June 30, 2024. Consequently, Mr. Iyer ceases to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 effective the aforesaid date.
