In furtherance to our letter dated August 02, 2024, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the appointment of Mr. Atul Jain (DIN: 07434943) as an Additional Director designated as Managing Director and CEO (Designate) of the Company for a period of five years effective August 03, 2024, and his re-designation and appointment as Managing Director and CEO with effect from November 1, 2024, we would like to bring to your attention the following:

Pursuant to the retirement of Mr. Anuj Kacker from the position of Whole-Time Director and Interim CEO, effective October 31, 2024, Mr. Atul Jain has officially taken over as the Managing Director and CEO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, effective from November 1, 2024.

In this regard, please find the details as required under the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 attached herewith as Annexure – I.
