With reference to our earlier intimations dated May 02, 2024 and August 02, 2024, we wish to further inform that the Members of MEL Training & Assessments Limited, being our material wholly owned subsidiary, in their Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2024, have approved the Appointment / Re-designation of Mr. Sandip Weling as Key Managerial Personnel and Whole-time Director for a period of 5 years with effect from May 03, 2024 and Regularized Mr. Ronnie Talati as Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a period of 5 years with effect from August 02, 2024.
