Appen Limited (Company) is expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Tuesday, 6 January 2015.

Official quotation of the Company’s ordinary shares is expected to commence at 11.00am AEDT on Wednesday, 7 January 2015. The Company is expected to raise approximately $15 million pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 1 December 2014 issued by the Company and Appen (SaleCo) Pty Limited (Prospectus) by the issue and transfer of 30,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue and sale price of $0.50 per share.
