Appen Limited ( Appen ) (ASX:APX) advises that its Annual General Mee>ng will be held on Friday, 22 May 2026 commencing at 10.00am AEST.

Appen also advises that the closing date for receipt of Director nomina>ons is 5.00pm AEST on 27 March 2026.
