APPEN APPOINTS NEW CFO
Appen Ltd (ASX: APX) (Appen) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Levine as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Kevin joins Appen with a strong track record as a listed company CFO with relevant experience in technology and recruitment services. Kevin was previously CEO and before that CFO of the recruitment services company Rubicor Group Limited and CFO of the technology company Connxion Limited. He commences with Appen on January 5[th] 2016.
Kevin succeeds Mark Byrne. Mark has provided strong support as Appen’s CFO for five years of high growth and the company’s listing on the ASX. Mark will leave Appen on January 29[th] 2016 after an orderly handover.
This transition occurs with the business in good shape and on track to finish 2015 within the previously outlined guidance.
