Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations
Appen Limited (Appen) (ASX:APX) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 16 May 2025 commencing at 10.00am AEST.
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be released to the ASX by 11 April 2025.
Appen also advises that the closing date for receipt of Director nominations is 5.00pm AEST on 28 March 2025.
