DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Appen Limited ( Appen ) (ASX:APX) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 26 May 2023 commencing at 10.00am (Sydney time).
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be released to the ASX by 21 April 2023.
Appen also advises that the closing date for receipt of director nominations is 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 31 March 2023.
