DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Appen Limited ( Appen ) (ASX:APX) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting on Friday 27 May 2022 commencing at 10.00am (Sydney time).
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the Australian Securities Exchange by 22 April 2022.
Appen also advises that the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Friday 28 March 2022.
