ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Appen Limited ( Appen ) (ASX:APX) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 28 May 2021 commencing at 10.00am AEST.
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the ASX by 23 April 2021.
Appen further advises that nominations from persons seeking to be considered for election as a director of the Company are required to be received at the registered office of the Company by 5.00pm (AEDT) on 30 March 2021.
