LIST/COMP/01/201920 dated 2[nd] April, 2019 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company’s shares for all Directors/ Promoters/ KMPS/ Designated Employees/ Auditor/ Law Firms etc of the Company and their immediate relatives would be closed from 1[st] April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021 .

The date of Board Meeting to approve the audited financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
