Subject : Notice calling the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulations 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (“Listing Regulation”) we are enclosing the Notice of Extra- Ordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) along with the Explanatory Statement of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11.30 a.m., through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'). We have sent the e-mails alongwith the EGM Notice to the members today i.e. 27[th] March, 2026.

Further, in terms of the Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, and in terms of Circulars issued by SEBI, the Company has fixed Friday, April 10, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine the eligibility of the members to cast their vote by remote e-Voting. The remote e-voting period shall commence from Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9.00 A.M. (IST) and will end on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5.00 P.M. (IST).
