In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform you that the Company was intimated by his relative on 28[th] January, 2024 about sudden and sad demise of Mr. P.S. Deodhar (DIN: 00393117) Chairman & Managing Director of the company on 27[th] January, 2024.

Mr. P.S. Deodhar was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 23[rd] May, 2021 for a period of 3 years. He played crucial leadership roles through which the company immensely benefitted.

Mr. P.S. Deodhar’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company, and all the Directors and Employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
