Mr. Dinesh A. Kotecha was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 27[th] May, 2020 and played crucial leadership roles through which the company immensely benefitted.

Mr. Dinesh A. Kotecha’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the Directors and Employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
