Further to our letter reference no. SEC:APL:RKD:100320:20 dated 17[th] March, 2020 we have to inform you that due to precautionary measures against Covid-19 and announcement of closure of offices by Maharashtra Government till 31[st] March, 2020, the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 26[th] March, 2020 is postponed to Wednesday, the 8[th] April, 2020 to approve the reclassification process of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited from Promoter Category to Public Category and other matters.

If any other announcement of closure is not made by Government of Maharashtra in April, 2020 then we will certainly hold the Board Meeting on 8[th] April, 2020.
