The Management Board of Answear.com S.A.(hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;) informs that on 17 August 2022 the Companybecame aware of the adoption by the Management Board of Giełda PapierówWartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (_quot;GPW_quot;) ResolutionNo. 776/2022 of 17 August 2022, pursuant to which 154.905 (one hundredand fifty-four thousand nine hundred and five) Series E ordinary bearershares with a nominal value of PLN 0,05 (five groszy) each (_quot;SeriesE Shares_quot;) were admitted to trading.

The introduction of the E Shares to trading on theGPW main market will take place on 19 August 2022.
