The Management Board of Answear.com SA with its registered office inKraków (KRS: 0000816066) (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that on May 22,2023 the Company received a notification of the resignation of Mr.Krzysztof Konopiński from the position of the President of SupervisoryBoard, effective from June 30, 2023

The reason for the resignation is a potential conflict of interest inrelation to activitied undertaken by the private equity fund establishedby Mr. Krzysztof Konopiński.
