EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT FOR THE REDEFINITION OF AMPLIFON S.P.A.'S CORPORATE STRUCTURE
PUBLICATION OF THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT
Milan, April 23rd, 2021 - Amplifon S.p.A. (MTA; Bloomberg ticker: AMP:IM), global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that, upon completion of the corporate requirements necessary for the execution of the project to redefine the corporate structure of Amplifon S.p.A. finally approved by Amplifon's Board of Directors on March 3rd, 2021, as per the terms outlined in the press releases issued on March 3rd, 2021 and April 15th, 2021 (the "Corporate Structure Redefinition Project"), today an information document relating to the Corporate Structure Redefinition Project was made available to the public (the "Information Document").
With regard to such document, it should be noted that, despite having exercised its right to waive the obligation to publish an information document for acquisitions and disposals pursuant to Art. 7I of CONSOB Regulation no. II97I of May I4th, I99I (as subsequently amended, the "Issuers' Regulation"), Amplifon has deemed appropriate to prepare, on a voluntary basis, the Information Document in order to provide adequate information to the market about the Corporate Structure Redefinition Project.
The Information Document was prepared in accordance with the indications provided for by the Schedule 3 of the Annex 3B of the Issuers' Regulation, as referred to in Article 7I of the Issuers Regulation, and is available to the public at the Company's registered offices, as well as on Amplifon's corporate website (https://corporate.amplifon.com, sezione "Governance / Corporate documents"), and at the authorized storage system "eMarket STORAGE".
