GUD completes acquisition of Vision X

GUD Holdings Limited (GUD) announces that it has completed the acquisition of Vision X (VX), previously announced on 28 October 2021.

Mr Graeme Whickman, said “We are delighted to welcome Vision X, a highly complementary business to the GUD portfolio, and our ambition of building a global niche in automotive lighting. Vision X is a great first step in our aspiration to grow our international footprint with their sales across multiple geographies.”

The Board, Management and wider GUD team welcome the Vision X team members to the GUD Group.
