Amotiv Limited (ASX: AOV): Appendix 3Y
Amotiv has today lodged an Appendix 3Y relating to a reduction in the number of the Managing Director’s Performance Rights. Amotiv had previously notified ASX of the lapse of the Performance Rights which occurred on 31 August 2025.
The Appendix 3Y was lodged late due to an administrative oversight.
Amotiv confirms that it has in place arrangements under Listing Rule 3.19B to ensure that it is able to meet its disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A.
