GUD completes Disc Brakes Australia acquisition

GUD Holdings Limited (GUD) announces that it has completed the acquisition of Disc Brakes Australia Pty Ltd (DBA), previously announced on 5 June 2018.

DBA forms part of the RYCO Group and will be positioned as the major independent supplier of disc brake rotors to the Australian aftermarket.
