G.U.D. HOLDINGS LIMITED’S PROPOSED OFFER TO ACQUIRE DEXION LIMITED
Dexion Limited (ASX: DEX) ( Dexion ) refers to its announcement on 21 May 2010 in connection with G.U.D Holdings Limited’s ( ASX:GUD ) proposed offer to acquire Dexion, subject to the satisfactory completion of confirmatory due diligence ( Announcement ).
In the Announcement, Dexion confirmed that GUD had been allowed to undertake due diligence and was granted exclusivity until today, being 18 June 2010. Dexion anticipates that GUD will be in a position to make an announcement in relation to the proposed offer to acquire Dexion prior to the opening of trading on Monday, 21 June 2010.
