APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR – MS CAROLE CAMPBELL

G.U.D. Holdings Limited today announced the appointment of Ms Carole Campbell as a non-executive director of the Company and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Ms Campbell has over thirty years’ experience in a range of industries including professional services, financial services, media, mining and industrial services.

She commenced her career with KPMG and has held executive finance roles with Macquarie Group, Westpac Institutional Bank, Seven West Media, Bis Industries and Merivale. In her executive CFO career, Carole specialised in roles where she was brought in to drive transformational change.

Ms Campbell transitioned to a non-executive career in 2018 and is currently a non-executive director of Humm Group Limited (ASX:HUM) (formerly FlexiGroup Limited) since May 2018 and Southern Cross Media Group Limited (ASX: SXL) since September 2020. She was formerly a non-executive director at IVE Group Limited from November 2018 to November 2020, where she was chair of the audit, risk and compliance committee.

Ms Campbell is also Deputy Chair of Council of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School.
