Resignation of Ms Anne Templeman-Jones

The Chairman of GUD Holdings Limited, Mr Graeme Billings, has accepted the notice of resignation of independent Non-Executive Director, Ms Anne Templeman-Jones, effective 31 August 2021.

In considering a further three year term, Ms Templeman-Jones has decided that, after two terms of commitment to the Company, she will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting in October 2021.

Mr Billings thanked Ms Templeman-Jones for her contribution and guidance to the Board over the last six years and, in particular, her commitment as Chair of the Remuneration Committee (2016-2017), Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee (2018–2020) and as Deputy Chair since October 2020.
