Transaction in Own Shares • Sep 27, 2016

On 19 August 2016, Ambu initiated a parallel share buyback programme for
totalling up to 268,000 B-shares. The purpose of the programme is to hedge
share-based incentive programmes.

Under the programme, the remaining transactions - as shown in the overview
below - were conducted in the period 19 to 27 September 2016. Consequently the
share buyback programme is now concluded having bought a total number of
268,000 shares at a price of DKK 88.0m in total since 19 August 2016.
