Buyback programme
On 19 August 2016, Ambu initiated a parallel share buyback programme for the purpose of hedging share-based incentive programmes.
The share buyback programme is expected to end on 30 September 2016 at the latest and comprise a total share buyback of up to 268,000 B-shares.
Under the share buyback programme, the following transactions were conducted in the period 30 August to 7 September 2016:

Following the above transactions, Ambu owns a total of 1,210,288 Class B shares with a nominal value of DKK 2.5 each, corresponding to 2.5% of the share capital. The total number of Class A and Class B shares in the company is 48,370,720 including treasury shares.
