Ambu A/S – share split
In pursuance of the authorization given on Ambu's annual general meeting held on 13 December 2017, it is today on December 18, 2017 decided to reduce the nominal value of each A and B share from DKK 2.50 per share to DKK 0.50 per share.
Each A- or B-share of nom. value DKK 2.50 will thus be split in five new A- or B-shares of nom value DKK 0.50 per share.
At the same time the ISIN code of the B-share will be changed to DK0060946788. The new ISIN is listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen with first trading day on 3 January 2018.
The company's share capital remains unchanged.
