Ambu — Share Issue/Capital Change 2016

In April 2012, Ambu A/S issued 507,600 warrants each carrying a right to
subscribe for one B share of nominally DKK 2.5. These warrants were issued to
69 employees with a vesting period of three years and may therefore be
exercised in the trading window which was opened 29 January 2016 in connection
with Ambu's interim financial report for the first quarter 2015/16.
