Ambu — Share Issue/Capital Change 2016

In April 2012, Ambu A/S issued 507,600 warrants each carrying a right to
subscribe for one B share of nominally DKK 2.5. These warrants were issued to
69 employees with a vesting period of 3 years and may therefore be exercised in
the trading window which was opened 3 May 2016 in connection with Ambu's
interim financial report for the second quarter 2015/16.
