Ambu A/S: Major Shareholder Announcement

In pursuance of §29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act (Værdipapirhandelsloven), Ambu A/S hereby reports that we have been informed by N. P. Louis-Hansen Aps that N. P. Louis-Hansen Aps' shareholdings in Ambu have been reduced from 15.2% to 14.9% of the share capital. The voting rights of 6.7% remain unchanged.
