With reference to §29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
(Værdipapirhandelsloven) we shall hereby announce that Ambu has received the
information that today Tove Hesse has transferred 1,143,000 A-shares to each of
her two children, Hannah Lea Hesse Hoffmann og Simon Hesse Vangsted Hoffmann.
