Ambu — Major Shareholding Notification 2012

We hereby report that Tove Hesse, Furesøvej 91, 2830 Virum has transferred a
number of Ambu A-shares to her two children. Subsequently Tove Hesse’s total
shareholding of A- and B- shares is 558,290 shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and
she now possesses 4.7% and has a voting right of 11%.

After the share transfer Simon Hesse Hoffmann, Birkevej 17, 2830 Virum, has a
total shareholding of A- and B- shares of 159,485 shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S
and he now possesses 1.3% and has a u voting right of 5.5%.

After the share transfer Hannah Lea Hesse Hoffmann, Madvigs Alle 4-4th, 1879
Frederiksberg, has a total shareholding of A- and B- shares of 164,155 shares
of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and she now possesses 1.4% and has a voting right of
5.5%.
