Ambu — Major Shareholding Notification 2012

After A-shareholder Tove Hesse’s corrected reporting to Finanstilsynet (the
Danish Financial Supervisory Authority), correction is as follows:

After the transfer Tove Hesse’s total shareholding of A- and B- shares is
572,260 shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and she now possesses 4.8% and has a
voting right of 11.5%.

After the share transfer Simon Hesse Hoffmann, Birkevej 17, 2830 Virum, has a
total shareholding of A- and B- shares of 152,500 shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S
and he now possesses 1.3% and has a voting right of 5.3%.

After the share transfer Hannah Lea Hesse Hoffmann, Madvigs Alle 4-4th, 1879
Frederiksberg, has a total shareholding of A- and B- shares of 157,170 shares
of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and she now possesses 1.3% and has a voting right of
5.3%.
