Ambu — M&A Activity 2012

Completion of the acquisition is expected on May 31st 2012.

Earlier today, the UK Office of Fair Trading announced that it does not
consider Ambu’s acquisition of Unomedical’s electrode business a distortion of
the competition on the market for electrodes.

Ambu and Unomedical Ltd. thus enters the completion phase which is expected to
last until June 1st 2012.
