Ambu — Director's Dealing 2015

In pursuance of §29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act
(Værdipapirhandelsloven), Ambu A/S hereby reports that Inga Kovstrup,
Brandsøvej 17, Skærbæk, 7000 Fredericia has transferred a number of A-shares to
each of her four grand children. However, Inga Kovstrup keeps the voting rights
related to the transferred A-shares until 1 September 2024.

In addition to this Inga Kovstrup has today sold a number of B-shares.

Subsequently Inga Kovstrup’s total shareholding of A- and B-shares totals
901,200 shares in Ambu A/S corresponding to 1.9% of the share capital against
the previous 6.3%, and she possesses 18.3% of the total voting rights against
the previous 18.6%.
