Ambu – Debt capital market transaction

Today on Friday the 8th of March Ambu A/S plans to complete the debt capital market transaction as the market conditions announced in company announcement no. 13 2012/13 have proven to be favourable.

The total number of bonds issued is expected to amount to DKK 500 million with a duration of up to five years.
