Ambu — Capital/Financing Update 2013

In continuation of company announcement no. 16 201213 dated 8 March 2013
concerning a debt capital market transaction with a total issue size of DKK
700.5M, Ambu today announces a quotation prospectus and will be applying for a
listing of the notes on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S. The first trading dated is
expected to be on 17 December 2013.
