Today Ambu announces the hiring of Måns Barsne for a new established role at
Ambu as Executive Vice President (Chief Innovation Officer). With this new
position, Ambu will further accelerate the development of new innovative
solutions for the hospital and emergency market.

Måns Barsne brings more than 20 years of medical device experiences from
Siemens, St. Jude Medical and the last 17 years from Swedish Elekta AB latest
in the position as Vice President R&D Neuroscience.

Måns Barsne will step into his new role as a member of Ambu’s Executive
Management Team and will commence his new position on January 5 2015.
