Ambu — AGM Information 2014

On the AGM held on 17 December 2014, Ambu A/S decided to reduce the nominal
value of each A and B share from DKK 10.00 per share to DKK 2.50 per share.

Each A- or B-share of nom. value DKK 10.00 has thus been split in four new A-
or B-shares of nom value DKK 2.50 per share.

At the same time the ISIN code of the B-share has changed to DK0060591204. The
new ISIN is listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen with first trading day on 23 December
2014.

The company's share capital remains unchanged.
