Notes (other relevant informations according to law)
This notification is made pursuant to (i) Actor SCA's sale of 11,733,902 shares in Ambea AB (publ) ("Ambea"), (ii) the concurrent change of control over Actor SCA, and (iii) intra-group transactions. As a result of the sale of shares in Ambea and the intra-group transactions, Actor SCA directly holds 9,471,261 shares in Ambea, representing 10.01000% of the outstanding share capital in Ambea, and ACTR Holding AB directly holds 14,262,640 shares in Ambea, representing 15.07392% of the outstanding share capital in Ambea. In connection with Actor SCA's sale of shares in Ambea, Triton Fund III L.P. and its fund management company Triton Managers III Limited have gained control over Actor SCA and Actor SCA's subsidiary ACTR Holding AB. Triton Managers III Limited submits this notification on behalf of Triton Fund III L.P, Actor SCA and ACTR Holding AB, as well as on its own behalf as management company of Triton Fund III L.P.
