Ambea's acquisition of Aleris' care operations has been approved by the competition authority in Denmark

The competition authority in Denmark has decided to approveAmbea's acquisition ofAleris' care operations ("Aleris Care").

Ambea has previously received regulatory approval from the competition authorities in Sweden and Norway regarding the acquisition ofAleris Care.

This means that the transaction, which was originally announced 16 October 2018, is expected to close in January 2019.
