Anders Borg resigns from Ambea's Board of Directors
Anders Borg has decided to resign from the Board ofAmbeaAB (publ).
Anders Borg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014, as a representative of KKRviaActor SCA, the principal owner ofAmbea.
KKRreduced its shareholding during 2019 and has during 2020 sold all remaining shares inAmbea. As a result, Anders Borg has decided to resign with immediate effect from theAmbea Board of Directors.
