ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF OFFERING

Following the announcement of the offering made on 10 June 2022, Altri and Caima hereby announce that:

The Public Offering for the Sale of 23 154 783 Subscription Rights to Greenvolt - Energias Renováveis, S.A. shares, launched by Altri and Caima, with the period for acceptance between 21st and 22nd June, was fully accepted by the respective recipients (Altri's shareholders).

The demand for Rights in this offer exceeded in 1.43 times the respective object.
