MATERIAL INFORMATION

Following the announcement released on June 7, 2021, ALTRI, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that its wholly-owned subsidiary GREENVOLT – ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A. ("GREENVOLT"), on the present date, has concluded, together with funds managed by the Equitix Group ("EQUITIX"), the acquisition of Tilbury Green Power Holdings Limited ("TGPH") — the owner of a fully operational renewable energy biomass power plant, with net design capacity of 43.6 MW, located in the port of Tilbury, Essex, England.

Tilbury Power Plant is situated approximately 25 miles from central London and the plant has been designed with net generating capacity of 43.6 MW. As of year ended December 31, 2020, Tilbury Power Plant reported turnover of £28.6 million with adjusted EBITDA for the year being £18.0 million.

As stated in the announcement released on June 7, 2021, ALTRI, SGPS, S.A., the completion of the agreement will allow GREENVOLT, together with EQUITIX, to follow its ambitious project of international growth, solidifying its position in the European renewable energy sector, and contributing to the expansion of its business.
