PUBLIC OFFERING FOR THE SALE OF SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS OF GREENVOLT – ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE TERMS OF THE OFFERING

(as per press release of June 10, 2022)

Following the announcement of the offer made on 10 June 2022, Altri and Caima hereby announce that:

• 1. The price of each Right, payable in cash, will be (whichever is lower):
• a. € 0.13 (thirteen eurocents); or
• b. The weighted average price of the subscription rights in Greenvolt's capital increase in the respective stock market trading between June 20th and June 22nd (in both cases, inclusive); or
• c. In the event the Rights are not fully allotted in the execution of the Offer, the price at which the remaining Rights are sold by the Offerors in a possible subsequent sale in an accelerated book-building process ("ABB") or an equivalent mechanism to dispose of any rights not subscribed, carried out until 29 June 2022, inclusive.
• 1. The Offerors shall announce the price referred to in 1.b. above on 22 June 2022 and the price referred to in 1.c., if applicable, on the date of the ABB or equivalent mechanism, in both cases on CMVM's website at www.cmvm.pt, and on Altri's website at www.altri.pt.
