MATERIAL INFORMATION

Altri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that its subsidiary Celulose Beira Industrial (Celbi), S.A. has issued, today, eight-year fixed-rate coupon bonds, in the amount of Euro 50,000,000 (fifty million Euro), by private placement, named "CELBI 2018/2026".

This issuance follows Altri's funding strategy, which aims to extend the company's debt maturity profile, strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
