MATERIAL INFORMATION

Altri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that its subsidiary Celulose Beira Industrial (Celbi), S.A. has issued, today, ten-year bonds, in the amount of Euro 50,000,000 (fifty million Euro), by private placement, named "CELBI 2018/2028", which will be admitted to trading on Euronext Access Lisbon.

This issuance follows Altri's funding strategy, which aims to extend the company's debt maturity profile, strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
